Storm and Flood Assistance
ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has received a further six calls for help this morning following last night's storm activity.
ACTSES volunteers, ACT Fire & Rescue, ACT Rural Fire Service volunteers and crews from the Territory and Municipal Services Directorate responded to a total of 79 calls for help last night with the Tuggeranong Valley and Weston Creek area mostly affected.
Majority of calls were related to flooding with blocked drains and gutters on roofs.
Today's six calls for help are in Gordon and Kambah mostly related to trees and branches across roads and pathways.
Minor damage reported.
