Commonwealth Avenue off ramp to Parkes Way is closed because of flooding.
The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has now received 47 calls for help overnight and a total 118 since 3pm Tuesday.
The Bureau of Meteorology has advised the ACTSES that we have received between 50 and 55mm of rain since 3pm yesterday afternoon in the Territory.
The rain is now expected to ease across ACT at around 8am. There may be some showers throughout the morning, there are also expected to be periods where the weather is dry.
The rain may then return mid to late morning this morning, with somewhere around 20mm expected up to midnight tonight.
It looks like being reasonably dry between midnight tonight and through to Friday morning. The remainder of Friday looks like being reasonably dry at this stage.
