Birrigai Outdoor School is being evacuated as a precaution because of flooding in the area.
There is no risk to students and staff.
50 students and 4 teachers from Holy Trinity Primary School Curtin and 7 staff from Birrigai are being moved out before expected road closures later today.
Parents are currently being contacted by phone from the school to be informed.
The ACT State Emergency Service has now received a total of 152 calls for help.
