ACT Fire & Rescue is at the scene of a flat fire in Belconnen.
Multiple crews responded to reports of a fire at Howie Court in College Street and arrived to find the flat fully alight.
Firefighters rescued two people from the burning property and are checking there is no one else inside.
They are currently being assessed by ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics.
An estimated 20 nearby residents have also been evacuated.
