Storm and Flood Assistance
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Severe Weather Warning for the ACT for damaging winds and blizzard conditions.
ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) volunteers are on standby to assist the community for any storm or flood assistance.
The ACTSES advise residents to keep clear of any potential fallen trees or power-lines, to secure any loose outdoor furniture, keep vehicles under cover and to keep clear of any fast flowing water.
Residents who require storm or flood assistance can call the ACTSES on 132 500.
