Storm and Flood Assistance
Firefighters have evacuated a building in Deakin as they investigate an odour at the National Capital Diagnostic Imaging centre.
Approximately 40 people have been evacuated from the building and two patients are being assessed by the ACT Ambulance Service for headache like symptoms.
ACT Fire & Rescue is currently conducting atmospheric monitoring of the building.
Two fire pumpers, the Breathing Apparatus Van, the Hazardous Materials Unit and one Commander are on scene.
