Update three - House on fire in Waramanga

Firefighters are continuing to dampen down inside the property.

The building is a house divided into a duplex. One end has been extensively damaged by smoke and fire, the other by smoke.

The initial estimated damage bill is $350,000.

The cause is unknown but will be investigated.
