A total of ten units from ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Rural Fire Service are now on scene.
The fire is an estimated 40 metres by 40 metres in diameter and three metres high and is burning in a pile of clean timber pallets.
Fire crews are using three on site graders to break up the pile and turn the material over while firefighters wet it down.
Smoke from the fire is still being blown in an easterly direction.
