Storm and Flood Assistance
Firefighters are using hydraulic rescue tools to free three people from a car following a two-vehicle crash on Hindmarsh Drive near the Monaro Highway.
The male driver of the other vehicle has been taken to the Canberra Hospital with chest injuries. He is in a stable condition.
Intensive care paramedics are assessing and providing assistance to the people trapped in the second car. The two women and one man all have minor injuries and will soon be taken to the Canberra Hospital.
ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire & Rescue were called to the incident at about 8:45pm.
