Are you ready for the hazard season?
Our volunteers and staff are dedicated to ensuring the ACT is prepared for any emergency, but we need your help! We're ready when Canberra prepares together.
All members of the Canberra community are invited to attend Be Emergency Ready Day at a location near you. The family-friendly event is an opportunity to meet some friendly volunteers, learn about emergency services, and prepare your home for the season ahead, all while having a bit of fun!

Submit your design at your local Be Emergency Ready Day – include your name, age and contact details
We’ll pick our favourite design, and the winner will receive a visit to their school or organisation from Paddy & Ember!
