ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) and ACT Policing attended a burst water main on Wakefield Avenue between Northbourne Avenue and Dooring Street.
Icon Water and Transport Canberra City Services (TCCS) are currently working to make the scene safe and undertake necessary repairs. ACT Policing will remain on scene for some time to conduct traffic management.
Wakefield Avenue is closed east bound towards Dooring Street.
ACTF&R have departed the scene.
The community is asked to avoid the area.
