The ACT Rural Fire Service (ACTRFS) will be undertaking a hazard reduction burn at the Canberra Rifle Club in Majura, Saturday 9 January if weather permits.
The burn will be visible to motorists travelling along the Majura parkway and the Federal Highway intersection.
This hazard reduction burn is being undertaken to remove ground fuels in the area to reduce the risk of a bushfire.
This burn will be mapped on the ESA Live Incidents Map. Report unattended fires to Triple Zero (000).
