ACT Ambulance, ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Policing are in attendence at a motor vehicle incident on Hindmarsh Drive near the intersection of Eggleston Crescent, Lyons.

Ambulance paramedics have treated a patient on scene and will transport the male occupant to hospital, in a stable condition.

Firefighters provided initial first aid to the patient until paramedics arrived and then assisted with extricating the patient.

One lane eastbound is closed on Hindmarsh Drive. The community is asked to avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
