Motor Vehicle Incident - Tuggeranong Parkway

ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service have departed the single car motor vehicle incident on Tuggeranong Parkway southbound towards Cotter Road.

One female passenger was successfully extricated and transported to hospital in a serious condition with neck and back pain.

ACT Policing will remain on scene for some time to assist with tow-truck operations.

Both lanes southbound have re-opened however the community is asked to take care in the area.

ACT Fire & Rescue, ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Policing are on scene at a single car motor vehicle incident on the Tuggeranong Parkway southbound towards Cotter Road.

Firefighters are working to extricate the single passenger from the vehicle, with injuries sustained unknown at this point in time.

One lane is closed southbound.

Community is asked to avoid the area.
