11:49am Thursday 29 September 2011 - ACTSES receive five calls for help following wet and windy weather

ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) and ACT Fire Brigade have received a total of five calls for help since 9 o'clock this morning following wet and windy weather.

Minor damage only with trees and branches across roads and leaking roofs. Widespread areas affected across the A.C.T.

Residents who require assistance can call the ACTSES on 132-500.
