The ESA's Emergency Communications Centre can hold sensitive information regarding access to your home, building, complex, property or other as required.
The ESA Emergency Communications Centre holds records for the ACT Community to maximise efficiency in emergency responses; such as PIN’s, locations of padlocks or key locations.
Sensitive information will be stored on a secure system which will prompt the Emergency Communications Officer when the address is entered in case of a Triple Zero call or emergency service attendance to that location. Should any ACT ESA resource (Ambulance, Fire & Rescue, Rural Fire Service or State Emergency Service) be dispatched to that location, the unit attending will be advised of the information via secure communication.
If you wish to register your details with the ESA, please email ESAComCenManagement@act.gov.au
Registration is completely voluntary. You may supply as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable doing so and request removal at any time.
