Storm and Flood Assistance
The ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) will tomorrow morning, Monday 4 February, 2013, send a further three volunteer members from the Mapping & Planning Support (MAPS) group to QLD for a five day deployment to continue work with Red Cross QLD on flood recovery operations.
The new volunteers will replace the three ACT ESA MAPS members who were deployed to Brisbane on Thursday.
This will bring the total number of ESA MAPS volunteers to assist in Brisbane to nine.
