Firefighters are working to extinguish a fire in a two-bedroom unit on Musson Close, Florey.
Firefighters have knocked down the fire and are currently conducting mopping up operations in the semi-detached unit which has been destroyed by fire.
There are no injuries and the ACT Ambulance Service is on scene supporting operations.
ACT Fire & Rescue were notified to the fire following an Emergency Triple Zero (000) call at 3.11pm.
Currently three fire pumpers, the Breathing Appartus Van, Hazardous Materials Unit and one commander are on scene.
