Update Two - Smell of smoke in basement at Metropolitan Apartments

The cause of the fuel odour has been found and was a one metre x one metre fuel spill.

ACT Fire & Rescue has used absorbent to mop up the fuel spill and have ventilated the area.

The area has been declared safe and ACT Fire & Rescue will shortly depart the scene.
