Two water bombing aircraft have been used to fight a 1 hectare bushfire at Mount Clear near the ACT border.
ACT Rural Fire Service was notified of the incident just before 6pm. Due to flight retrictions at night, the helicopters have returned to the Hume base.
Two Remote Area Firefighting Teams (RAFT) will walk in tomorrow morning to continue to attack the fire from the ground.
The fire is being controlled.
