Pile burn at Kowen Forest

ACT Parks and Conservation will continue a pile burn at Kowen Forest tomorrow (weather permitting).

There is approximately 50ha of piles remaining from the original burn which was started on 15 May 2017.

Ignition of the piles is expected to occur all day with residual smoke to possibly be present for an extended period of time.

Crews will continue to monitor until there is no smoke is present.
