Update five - Structure fire at Hume

The fire has been knocked down.

Firefighters are now moving through the building to extinguish any hot spots.

The cause of the fire will be investigated.

The damage bill is unknown.

ACT Policing is on scene managing local traffic and road closures. Alderson Place in Hume is closed until further notice.

Also there is currently some smoke in the Tuggeranong area. This is not from this fire but hazard reduction burning interstate.
