Building Fire - Mitchell

ACT Fire & Rescue has completed atmospheric testing. The building has been deemed safe.

Building management has been notified.

The Access Canberra building on Darling Street, Mitchell, has been evacuated do to a suspected switchboard fire.

Heavy smoke in the building was reported via Triple Zero (000).

ACT Fire & Rescue is on scene to investigate and conduct atmospheric testing.
