INFORMATION UPDATE - DOORKNOCKING VULNERABLE PEOPLE

This evening, as conditions continue to change at the Orroral Valley Fire, we are increasing engagement with identified vulnerable people in South Canberra.

ACT Policing and Australian Defence Force representatives are door knocking registered vulnerable people in the BANKS, GORDON, CONDER and BONYTHON. 

This is to inform and provide assistance to members of the community who are identified as highly vulnerable people via their service provider.

If you see an increase in emergency services personnel in the area, it is a friendly touch base to ensure those who are vulnerable, know they are not alone.
