Small fire - Evatt Primary School

Students have been evacuated from Evatt Primary School as a precaution following reports of smoke coming from a toilet block.

ACT Fire & Rescue was alerted to the incident on Heydon Crescent, Evatt, at 1:00 pm.

On arrival firefighters found a small fire in the toilet block which was quickly extinguished.

Students will return to class shortly.
