Strong winds in the ACT

Strong winds have kept the ACT State Emergency Service and ACT Fire & Rescue busy this weekend. 23 requests for assistance have been received since 3:30 pm, Friday 25 October. Calls have come in from right across the Territory. Fallen trees and branches have caused most of the trouble with crews removing them from roads, houses, and cars.
