A single truck has rolled over on Mugga Lane, Symonston causing the southbound lane to be closed.
The two occupants of the vehicle have been extricated by ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service and are being transported to hospital.
Crews will remain on scene for sometime.
The community is asked to avoid the area.
