Update - House Fire - Campbell

ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) has extinguished the house fire on Rosenthal Street, Campbell. The incident was caused by a solar battery electrical fire that resulted in no damage to the home in question.   

ACTF&R crews will remain on scene overnight to conduct atmospheric monitoring. There is no threat to the safety of residents in the area, but Rosenthal Street remains closed between the Cobby Street and Jackson Street intersections to allow emergency vehicle access. To minimise congestion, please continue to avoid the area.
